Yes, you can wash the outer cover of your wenaCel comfortPlus pillow at 60 degrees Celsius using a mild detergent (such as wenaCare or wool wash) that doesn’t contain harsh detergents or bleach). See below more information in our downloadable care instructions.

How can I adjust the pillow to suit me?

The contoured shape of your wenaCel comfortPlus Pillow has a higher side and a lower side. In addition, when you open the pillow cover, you’ll see that there is a wedge that can be separated and turned to change the height of the pillow. There are a total of five different height combinations.

What kind of warranty do I have on my wenaCel comfortPlus Ergonomic Pillow?

wenaCel sensitive Pillows purchased new have a five-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. All the terms and conditions which apply to the warranty are located on your official order and/or delivery documentation. You must provide these documents should you need to make a warranty claim.

Product Care

Washing the Pillow

The pillow cover of the wenaCel sensitive ergonomic pillow can be washed at up to 60° Celsius on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent (without brightening agents).

The cover should not be tumble dried, but line dried in the shade.

You should wash the pillow cover at least twice per year to ensure ultimate hygiene.

The cold foam core of the ergonomic pillow cannot be washed but should be aired at regular intervals.
