Description

The Ankle/Foot heat bag is extremely effective for the ankle as well as above and below your foot. It provides drug-free pain relief for arthritis, chilblains, muscle pain, and general pain in the ankle & foot area. Measuring 30cm in width and 15cm deep, the Ankle/Foot HEAT BAG weighs approximately 750-800gm and is heated for 70-80 seconds in a 1000watt microwave.
