USING THE GEL PACKFor Cold Use:
- For first use, lay gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
- Insert gel pack into the sleeve of the lumbar support
- Apply the gel pack, in the lumbar support's sleeve, no longer than 20 minutes at a time
- Store Gel pack in freezer for future use
For Hot Use:
WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT. DO NOT EXCEED 55 SECONDS
- Wrap the gel pack in a paper towel and place in the microwave
- Microwave for 35 seconds, remove and test the temperature
- If warmer temperature is desired, heat in the microwave for 10 seconds and test again until desired temperature is reached
- Microwaves do not heat evenly. Knead the heated pack to distribute the heated gel inside
- Always test the pack's temperature to determine if it is comfortable. If the pack is too hot, allow it to cool before use
- Place the pack in the lumbar support's sleeve before use
CAUTION
DO NOT apply gel pack directly to skin
Do not use the pack for longer than 20 minutes at a time
If the pack is uncomfortable during use, remove the pack immediately
Gel Back Support is made from PU foam with gel pad placed at the lumbar area. Ergonomically designed curved shape provides comfort.
Gel pad in the lumbar area can be cooled or heated for therapeutic relief and soothes pain and inflammation on the back.
