Filling: water absorbent non-toxic crystals

Directions: massage Coolie Bag in water for 10 minutes. The non-toxic crystals will absorb the water and swell to inflate each section. For immediate use. For repeated use, re-soak briefly to re-cool the bag. For best results after the gel has formed, place the Coolie Bag in the refrigerator until required; alternatively freeze the (inflated) Coolie Bag. Once frozen, the Coolie Bag will provide up to 3 hours of cool relief. Line dry until crystals have returned to their original size before storing.
