Face Shields are often used to help prevent the transfer of communicable diseases, such as Coronavirus/COVID-19 by limiting the exposure to airborne droplets to the wearer. Our Face Shield is made using a clear, durable, flexible PVC material. One of the advantages of this material is that it can be folded to be carried in a bag or large pocket until it is needed, and will take up less storage space than a rigid Polycarbonate/PET shield.

Cleaning
The Face Shield is reusable; however, we strongly recommend that it be sanitised after every use by spraying a medical-grade disinfectant onto a clean cloth or disposable wipe and wiping it thoroughly. Do not spray disinfectant directly onto the Face Shield, as it is possible that this could cause contaminants that may be on the surface to be moved into the air. Test your cleaning agent in a discreet area of the product to ensure it does not damage the material. Wipe dry and air dry in shade.
Alternatively, unthread the elastic strap and hand or machine wash the Face Shield up to 80°C/176°F. Air dry in shade. Do not tumble dry. Once dry, rethread the elastic into the buckle. Test that it is correctly threaded by pulling on the elastic to make sure it does not slip through the buckle.
Ensure the product is dry before using or storing.

WARNING: As with any face shield, we cannot guarantee this item will prevent an infection from reaching the wearer. Although the Face Shields will provide a barrier, they have not been clinically tested, and even if a person is wearing a shield, they are still at risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. To reduce the risks of contamination, we advise against sharing PPE. For hygiene reasons, this item is non-returnable.
