Emergency Alarm Activation

A firm pull of the metal chain, separating the chain from the Trace personal alarm, activates the siren alarm. The circle on the other side of the SOS button is where the sound comes from. To turn it off, insert the pin back into place.

With the Pro Plan on The Trace app, Emergency Contacts also receive an automated call following the siren alarm trigger. The automated call can ring up to 5 phone numbers at once, alerting them that the Trace User needs help.
