The Leg Abductor - Large is used after Hip Replacement operations. The Leg Abductor holds the legs apart when turning a patient in bed. The legs are held firmly and comfortably in place, in cut-out grooves on both sides of the abductor by 5cm / 2" Hook & Loop Tape straps.

Cleaning
Standard Version (Item # 235): Remove the cover and wash it up to 80°C (176°F). Air or tumble dry on a cool setting, ensuring the drum is cool. Ensure the product is dry before using or storing. Hand rinse the foam.
Heat Sealed Version (Item # 235HS): Wipe clean with a hospital grade disinfectant. Wipe dry. Ensure the product is dry before using or storing.
