The Non-Slide Chair Pad can help prevent people from sliding down when sitting in a wheelchair and most types of chairs, such as office and recliner chairs. It can assist people to sit upright, improving pressure care, posture and breathing. When a person slides forward in a chair, it can increase the pressure on the coccyx area and may also affect their breathing.

Additional Information
The Non-Slide Chair Pad is suitable for people who are able to sit down correctly with their bottom at the back of the chair. If they are not able to sit still, the Pad may not be suitable for them.

Cleaning
Hand or machine wash up to 80°C (176°F). Air or tumble dry on a cool setting, ensuring the drum is cool. Ensure the product is dry before using or storing.
Note: The upper and lower surface is made from Miracle Grip, a non-slip material. The appearance is like rubber, but there is no latex in this material. There is some foam between the two layers of Miracle Grip, so when in use some of the Miracle Grip will dissipate into the foam.
Important
WARNING: Keep the patient under observation to make sure they understand how the Pad works. Regularly inspect the patient’s skin to see if sitting on the Pad is causing any pressure care problems.
