If you require all the plumbing accessories for installation please purchase the Complete Kit - Retro Handspray. The flexible hose supplied was specifically manufactured with deep dish nuts, allowing for easy installation and helping prevent cross threading. The unique cone shaped washer enables the installation process to be quick and simple, eliminating the need for plumbers tape. The backflow device provided is small and of the highest quality; most dual check valves are only tested to 700KPA. If you live in a high pressure water area then you will require a pressure restrictor. Most pressure limiting valves are large and bulky, but the optional pressure restrictor available for purchase has a slimline design. Discuss with your plumber about your water pressure to determine if this valve is required.

NOTE: Handsprays shall be installed in accordance with The National Construction Code – Volume Three. If used as a douche spray it will be classified as a High Hazard device and appropriate additional backflow prevention will be required.
For use as a bidet spray, a RPZD that complies with AS/NZS 2845.1 or AS 2845.2 needs to be installed for the application to comply with AS/NZS 3500.1 Water Services Clause 12.2.3.
