Mixing Instruction:
Mix 3 level scoops with water or milk (depending on taste). 1 scoop of Sustagen® = 20g Scoop included in can. Stir before serving. Great chilled or served warm. May be kept at 4°C in refrigerator for 24 hours. Try sprinkling Sustagen® on cereal or adding to other foods such as yoghurt or fruit.
