Description

Viscopaste PB7 provides topical treatment to aid the healing of venous leg ulcers and their associated skin conditions, such as cellulitis and varicose eczema. It is also suitable for use in the treatment of chronic eczema and dermatitis.

The bandage provides a moist wound healing environment, helps to reduce skin irritation, and soothes and protects the skin. Viscopaste will not dry out in use and is easily removed by unrolling.

Where venous insufficiency exists, and if the clinician deems it appropriate, Viscopaste may be used under graduated compression bandaging as a primary dressing.

Up to 7-day wear time. Can be used under compression bandaging.

Application technique should be either by pleating or individual strips due to the non-elastic nature of the cotton bandage.
