The Wool Heel & Elbow Pads are made from 100% pure sheep's wool with a knitted back cloth that allows skin to breathe. This is different to actual sheepskin which has a leather skin backing. The wool is soft and comfortable and helps with pressure care. When fitting to heels, the Hook and Loop Tape Straps should go straight across the top of the foot and around the ankle with the heel in the middle of the pad.

Additional Information
For elbows, the straps should fasten across the arm above and below the elbow. The straps are not intended to be crossed over. They are long enough for large feet or elbows, and you can cut them shorter if you need to.

Cleaning
Wash up to 80°C (176°F). Air dry in the shade, or tumble dry on a cool setting, ensuring the drum is cool. Ensure the product is dry before using or storing.

This product is to help with the prevention of pressure sores. Sometimes, due to the patient deteriorating, the product may become unsuitable. Continuous monitoring is necessary and alternative products may be recommended.
