Support Plus was created by caregivers who asked the question so many others do: “What happens to the person I care for if something happens to me?” It’s designed to make sure nothing is left to memory, and that care can continue confidently - whether for a day, a week, or an extended period of time.

Yearly Individual Plan

Ideal for parents, partners, or anyone supporting a single person. This plan allows you to create one detailed profile capturing all the care, support, and personal information needed to ensure continuity when others need to step in.

Yearly Family Plan

Perfect for those caring for multiple people - whether that’s children, siblings, ageing parents, or a mix of loved ones. This plan includes up to five individual profiles under one login, making it easy to manage multiple care needs in one secure place.

Support Plus is a web app that can be accessed on any device with an internet connection - whether you're using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. If you need your Future Plan on the go, you can download the 'About' module as a PDF to share with others whenever it’s needed.
